Balblair Wood
Balblair Wood offers some superb walks and cycle rides including some well regarded mountain bike trails. The walks are accessible directly from behind Balblair House and the gate lodges via a pathway and we can point you in the right direction.
Balblair Estate
It is possible to access the Estate hill ground by walking through the pathways in Balblair Wood. The estate extends to 1650 acres and to a height of 1000ft. From the high points you are met with a 360 degree panorama of some of the most stunning scenery, even in less than ideal weather conditions. On a clear day it is possible to see across to the mountains of the west coast, the lochs and peaks to the north, and to the coast in the east.

Please ask about a guided tour where we can take a 4x4 vehicle to the high point of the estate.
